The company has introduced many equipment, including one AC-2510NT CNC multi-station turret punch press, one LCG3050 laser cutting machine (3200W) and two RG-100 CNC hydraulic bending machines of AMADA; one 3030 laser cutting machine (3300W) of TRUMPF; four fiber laser cutting machines (with full-automatic feeding and blanking systems) of HSG; two 220-ton CNC bending machines, two 110-ton CNC bending machines, one 110-ton deep-throat CNC bending machine and two sets of automatic bending manipulators of YAWEI; and ten welding robots of Panasonic. In addition, the company also has two platform-based spot welding machines, five MF inverter spot welding machines, one drawbench, one CNC glue dispenser, and several common welding equipment such as argon arc welding machine, electric welding machine, and carbon-dioxide arc welding machine. The lathe, milling machine, grinding machine and other machining equipment is complete.
